IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Each paper (main conference or workshop) MUST be registered under a full, in-person registration type. Each full registration can only cover one paper.
2. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
3. Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
4. Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration form and full payment.
5. Entry Permit/Visa to Macau- the visa application process is long - please plan accordingly. If you already paid the full registration rate and your request for a visa was denied by the authorities, you may amend your participation to virtual instead. No refunds will be made. Please click here for more information.

Badge Policy

Access to all ACCV activities will be allowed only to people wearing ACCV 2022 badges. Our policy is not to reprint badges or replace lost badges. If you lose your badge, you will be able to purchase a new registration at the current on-site rates, but only if on-site registration will be offered. Please keep track of your badge and make sure you bring it each day.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION PAYMENT TERMS

1. Registration fees will be charged by Macau Expo Group Limited upon receipt of the registration form.
2. Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
3. Personalized registration confirmation will be sent by email once your payment has been received. 

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made by the following means:

Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard)

Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

Bank Transfer

1. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
2. Please note: All costs must be covered by the ordering customer and “free of charge for the receiver account" on all payments.
3. A copy of the bank transfer document should be sentto:contact@accv2022.org
4. Bank transfers will not be accepted after November 20,2022.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. All refund requests must be made via email to contact@accv2022.org. 
2. All cancellations will be subject to a HKD $800 cancellation fee for each registration before October 30, 2022, 11:59pm.
3. NO REFUNDS will be made after October 30,2022.
4. You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty and you can do this by logging into your registration yourself.
